NOVEMBER 3 & 4, 2023 | WILLIAMSBURG, VA
In 1923, a small handful of William & Mary students, along with Professor Carlos Castañeda founded the Gibbons Club - the first official Catholic organization at William & Mary. Within a decade of the Club's founding, a chapel had been constructed, and a permanent Catholic presence established. This chapel would become St. Bede Catholic Church, and later the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham, where generations of Catholic students at William & Mary have encountered Christ over the past 100 years.
While the name of the ministry has changed a few times over the past century, and the approach to ministry has evolved to meet the needs of each generation, the mission of Catholic Campus Ministry has remained the same: to make God known on the campus of William & Mary.
To celebrate this important milestone in the life of our ministry at William & Mary, we have a special weekend of celebration planned for November 3 & 4, 2023. The celebration will begin on Friday, November 3rd with a special Jubilee Mass celebrated by Bishop Barry Knestout, followed immediately by our Centennial Gala and Auction. The next morning will feature the Tribe Catholic Invitational, our benefit golf outing to support the ministry. Mark your calendar to join us!

Where: The National Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham 520 Richmond Road, William & Mary Alumni House 500 Richmond Road Williamsburg, VA 23185
Meal: A delicious catered plated meal. Please alert us at time of ticket purchase of any special dietary needs.
Bar: Craft cocktails from a local distillery, locally brewed beers, wine, and soft drinks.
Tickets: $100/person ($40/person class of 2018-2023 Alumni). Available online, by phone (757-220-1415), with your RSVP card, or after select Masses at St. Bede and the Shrine during the month of September.
Tribe Catholic Invitational
CCM Benefit Golf Outing
When: Saturday, November 4th, 2023 at 9:00 AM
Where: Kiskiack Golf Course 8104 Club Drive Williamsburg, VA 23188
What: A benefit golf outing, supporting the ministry of CCM at William & Mary
Tickets: $85/person. Includes cart, greens fees, lunch, and awards reception. Available online, by phone (757-220-1415 x2604), with your RSVP card, or after select Masses at St. Bede and the Shrine during the month of March.

This year's auction will include both live and silent auction components. Certain items will also offer online pre-bidding to allow for those who may not be able to join us in person to participate in the action. Our auction website will open up on October 1st for you to begin to preview items, and pre-bidding will begin on Monday, October 23rd.
